LETTER OF INTRODUCTION
 
Dear Big-Game Outfitters:
 
It's time to start thinking about what you will do differently to grow your business. Marketing is more complicated than it was 10 years ago; as there are more channels to reach out to customers through websites, search engine optimization, magazines, television, social media, consumer shows, corporate businesses, direct mail, etc.  If you do not have these skill sets and do not have enough time to do them well, consider getting some professional help.  
 
I write articles for publication on Big Game outfitters and the services they offer.  (A few of my published articles are linked within this web-site under the Published Articles tab-- Just "click" on it.)  As illustrated within the publications tab, my Alberta, Canada article, "Calling for the Rutting Moose: Up Close and Personal," has been published in three (3) sportsman magazines, hunting/outdoor forums, social media, and web sites.   
 
My work for your organization can also include the development of an organizational strategic plan.
 
 
STRATEGIC PLANNING DEFINED  
 
Strategic Planning is a way of looking at your outfitter business as a whole, visualizing the relationships between elements that run your organization and ultimately understanding how to realize your full potential.  A conscientious and comprehensive strategic planning effort is vital to your outfitter's business long-term success.            
 
Outfitters are responsible for developing a clear and understandable vision and mission for their organization which serves to guide their operations. From a mission statement comes a vision, goals, measurable objectives, time-lines, accountability, and strategies which establish the marketing and management direction in which the outfitter seeks to move.
